Further to your request received I confirm that the Council has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1/ How many employees of the Council have been granted permission to work from home
The number of staff who work in a hybrid manner is not recorded centrally. It is determined by the service according to service need and job role type.
2/ How many works from a home not located within the United Kingdom
One.
3/ What are the criteria for granting permission to those who apply to work from home
This is determined by the type of work carried out and the needs of the service and agreed by Group Managers.
4/ Has any "impact assessment" been conducted on the productivity factor of those who work from home and then measured against an existing norm

5/ Was this decision to permit "working from home" made by the elected members or the officers
The hybrid working strategy and guidance was agreed by members and officers.
