I can confirm that Nottinghamshire County Council holds this information.  The information is exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), because the information is accessible to you, as it is already in the public domain.

I can also inform you that Nottinghamshire County Council are not responsible for land charges, building control, licensing, environmental health or ASB.  In Nottinghamshire the district and borough councils provide these services.  If you have not already done so you may wish to contact them directly.
