FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REFERENCE FOI/5380
Thank you for your request for information relating to Freedom of Information request - Transfer Out KPI Data.
We are now able to provide the following information:
Detailed performance data set for Transfer Outs between period 01.01.2021 to 21.12.2024.
Please see attached report that contains the following information.
1. Number of Transfer Out (Interfund &Transfer Out) cases processed each month.
2. Number of Transfer Out (Interfund &Transfer Out) cases completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) target timeframe each month.
3. Percentage of cases completed within the SLA target timeframe each month.
In response to the question about SLA Target Time frames:
4. The SLA target timeframe we apply for both Interfund & Transfer Outs is 1 Month.
Whilst data has been requested for the last 36 months, the date range stated in the request is 4 years (01.01.2021 to 31.12.2024). Have therefore provided a dataset for the last 48 months.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to provide information in relation to AVC’s. This is because we do not administer or transfer out any aspect of AVC’s. Any request to Transfer out an AVC is forwarded to the relevant third party AVC providers.
