Thank you for your email of 16 December 2024 where you requested:
Please provide me any guidance you have given to SENDIASS and schools in respect of the rights of parents and schools to challenge the level of funding provided with individual EHCPs, up to and including seeking a Judicial Review.
If this guidance does not exist, please confirm this explicitly.

The County Council does not provide the specific guidance as referred to in the request.
The County Council does publish information on the Nottinghamshire SEND Local Offer regarding disagreements and complaints including mediation, appeals to the First Tier Tribunal, Extended Appeals and the Local Government Ombudsman. The County Council together with the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board and Nottingham City Council funds the independent SENDIASS service, Ask Us. Ask Us has its own website providing information for parents / carers at the following link: https://askusnotts.org.uk/parents-carers/appeals-and-mediation.
