RESPONSE
Much of the information you request is publicly available and therefore exempt from disclosure within this FOI request under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (information accessible by other means).
Nottinghamshire Pension Fund publishes details of its holdings on its website (Investments | Nottinghamshire Pension Fund) on a quarterly basis, three months in arrears. Any information in scope of your request that is more recent is therefore exempt from disclosure under Section 22 of FOIA 2000 (information intended for future publication). [This exemption is subject to the public interest test. While it is in the public interest to have transparency of affairs in matters of employee pensions in the public sector; it is also of public interest that the local authority maintains positive and mutually trusting relations with the companies providing investor services. Publication of such data in arrears is normal practice and faster access to the data would not enhance transparency. We find, on balance, that the exemption is maintained.]
With regard to "This includes for private market funds a. Fund Name, Vintage Year, and Committed Capital b. Invested Capital c. Distributions d. Current Market Value. Since inception Net IRR and MOIC." please note that we do not record the precise commitment date. Nor do we record or publish the Net IRR or Net Multiple - where funds choose to publish this information it can be found on their websites.
We do not hold any hedge fund investments.
We do invest in the Aegon Sustainable Diversified Growth Fund which is a multi-asset strategy. More information on this fund can be found on this web page:-
Aegon Sustainable Diversified Growth Fund | Aegon Asset Management. Most of the requested information is available on the website. We have held this investment since around 2011 and have made multiple allocations in the intervening years. The most recent market value of our holding is published on the Fund website as linked above.
We trust this now satisfies your request and that you find this information to be helpful.
