Dear *********
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REFERENCE FOI/6938.
Thank you for your request for information relating to Section106 contributions 2010-2020:
Please provide the following details for all payments received under Section 106 planning agreements:
- The main developer/builder
- The development funding the payment
- The value of the payment
- The purpose of the payment
- The amount of the payment that has been spent
- The amount that has been committed but not spent
- The amount that has not been committed/spent
- The amount that has been repaid
- The reason for the repayment
Please provide these details for 2010-2020
Please see the attached document for our response. Please note that the spreadsheet contains all the requested information for S106 Agreements dated 1/1/2010 to 31/12/2020, where the monies were paid directly to the County Council. It should be noted that further contributions will have been collected by the district and borough planning authorities from these same developments and potentially other developments which are not listed and this information can be obtained from those authorities. Unfortunately, we have not been able to confirm the main developer for every record as this information is not held for historic agreements and it would take 18 hours or more of staff time to retrieve this information (exempt due to costs, s12 FOIA 2000).
