Further to your request received on 27th March 2026, I confirm that the Council has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Questions)
- Number of Care Act 2014 needs assessments undertaken for adults with a learning disability in the previous 12 months.
- Number of those in (1) who live in a family home.
- Of the assessments for the people in (2), how many included a formal plan around emergency care planning including how the person will get help if their unpaid carer is unable to support them (e.g., due to illness).
- Number of Care Act 2014 Carers Assessments carried out by the local authority in the same 12-month periods.
- Of those in (4), how many included emergency care planning for what will happen if the carer is unable to provide care (e.g., due to illness).
