Q1. Can you please confirm if a Civil Enforcement officer (CEO) is rewarded financially for each/multiple Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) issued.
Answer. This is not the case- a CEO is not rewarded financially for issuing PCN’s

Q2. If so, Can you please disclose how much a CEO receives for each PCN or multiple PCNs issued.
Answer. N/A

Q3. Is it council practise for a CEO to issue multiple PCNs for one single uninterrupted contravention.
Answer. NO

Q4. How long has CEO NQ0036 been a civil enforcement officer.
Answer. Exempt under Section 40 of the freedom of Information Act, as it constitutes personal data. This is an absolute exemption and so no public interest test is required.  

Q5. How many PCNs has CEO NQ0036 issued in 2025 and 2026 respectively.

Q6. Is it standard practise for two CEOs to be in the same area-issuing PCNs to the same vehicle at exactly the same time. 
Answer.  Two CEO’s can be working in the same area but not issuing to a vehicle at the same time
