Thank you for your request for information relating to the siting of a wooden ox on London Road, Balderton, which we have dealt with under the Environmental Information Regulations, 2004 (EIR).

 
Regarding the proposed siting of the wooden ox on London Road (land opposite Sainsburys).

To support informed discussion at parish level, I would be grateful if you could provide clear confirmation on the following points:

Has any formal risk assessment been undertaken in relation to the proposed location

- If yes, please provide a copy

- If no, please confirm this explicitly

Please see attached a copy of the S115 checklist. Redactions (marked #2) are of personal data which is exempt from disclosure under Regulation 13 of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004*. 


Has any traffic safety analysis been carried out (including visibility splays, driver distraction, or review of collision data)

- If yes, please provide details or documentation

- If no, please confirm this explicitly

- If so, please outline the nature of those concerns and the evidence supporting them.

With regards to correspondence arrangements, could you please clarify whether the requirement for all Parish Council correspondence to copy in the County Councillor is based on a formal adopted policy, protocol, or governance document If so, I would appreciate a copy or reference to the relevant guidance.

We do not hold this information.

*Regulation 13 of the EIR provides that a public authority must not disclose personal data of a third party where disclosure would contravene the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. In this case there is no lawful basis that would make disclosure fair and lawful; and disclosure would be incompatible with the reasonable expectations of the individuals concerned. Disclosure of personal details would therefore breach Article 6(1) UK GDPR.
