Thank you for your email of 2 October 2024 where you requested:

I would like to know the names of the top five providers of Domiciliary Care to the council, as measured by the number of hours served, or cost of care provided.  To be clear, i"m referring to providers of adult social care provided in the "home setting" to service users, where it is commissioned / funded by the council.
If any of the top three providers are the council themselves, by way of a wholly owned subsidiary, please kindly identify accordingly.
