Please find below the information held in relation to your request regarding the Public Health workforce.
Please note that we have not provided the total remuneration package for each individual Consultant in Public Health post (actual or full-time equivalent) as disclosure would make individual officers identifiable. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Personal Information). To assist, we have provided the applicable salary range and market factor supplement information.

Section 40(2) Exemption
The total remuneration package for individual Consultant in Public Health posts has been withheld under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Disclosure would reveal personal data relating to a small number of identifiable individuals. Releasing this information would be contrary to the data protection principles set out in the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Accordingly, the information is exempt from disclosure.
