Further to your request received on 07/01/2026, I confirm that the Council has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1. The date when extra drainage kerbs, or part of a combined kerb and drainage system was installed at this location (I think it may have been 10 years ago if it helps)

Nottinghamshire county council can confirm there are no jobs recorded digitally for this request. Any historical data would require a manual search of teams, departments and archived, non centrally held paper records, some of which have been closed, or destroyed in line with data protection retention specifications. This would not provide an accurate account and open to misinterpretation, exceed the appropriate limit (s.12) and would be deemed disproportionate (s.14) under the Freedom of Information Act.

2. In the last 3 years how, many times have your operatives been to this location to erect "Danger flooding" notices and also to take them down.

1 call out on 09/12/25, the signs are currently in situe.

3. In the last 3 years, given this repeated road flooding issues how many times have staff been out to examine and report on these road flooding issues and please provide the feedback from such visits if they took place.. Please also provide dates of examination.

4. In the last 3 years, given the repeated road flooding issues how many visits have been undertaken to maintain or clear out the drainage systems which allows the road rainwater to disperse to the roadside ditch. Please provide dates and nature of work undertaken.

5. Has any request been made by local county councillors within the last 3 months with supporting evidence from residents for this section of road to be inspected and the drainage system checked for blockages and to be high pressure jetted to ensure water from the highway can flow into the adjoining ditch
