1. Officer Responsibilities and Contact Details
The Council holds information relating to the relevant functions requested.
Where posts are held by senior officers (i.e. those at Director / Head of Service level), the Council considers that disclosure of names is appropriate. However, where roles are held below a senior level, the names and direct contact details of individual officers are exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (personal data), as disclosure would contravene the data protection principles.
