FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REFERENCE FOI/4764

Thank you for your request for information relating to planning conditions for shale gas exploratory drilling which we have dealt with under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

Please can you supply copies of:

1. The transcripts of the NCC Planning Committee meetings of 5th October and 15th November 2016.

We do have a transcript from the meeting of 5 October 2016 (attached) but we are not aware of, and cannot find, a transcript for the meeting dated 15 November 2016. 

2. Drill rig details submitted and corresponding approval in accordance with planning condition 8.

The approved drawing and approval letter are attached.

3. A copy of the Noise Management Plan submitted under condition 19, and corresponding approval.

Attached is the Noise Management Plan and a letter which approved details pursuant to Condition 19 (a) and (e).
Attached is a Drilling Noise Assessment and a letter which approves details pursuant to Condition 19 (b) and (c).
The aforementioned Noise Management Plan and the attached email dated 21 September 2018 were approved by the attached letter pursuant to Condition 19 (d).  The approval letter also references another email dated 18 July 2018 but we are unable to find a copy of that on our records.

Redactions (#2) in the attached documents are of personal data, which is exempt from sharing (Regulation 12(3)/13).
