Thank you for your request for information relating to the Council"s lone worker safety solution. 

 
Regarding the lone worker safety solution currently used by your organisation.

Please could you answer the following questions:

1. Who is the current incumbent supplier of your lone worker safety solution 

Peoplesafe

2. What is the contract start date 

25th March 2021

3. What is the contract end date 

24th March 2027

4. What is the annual cost of the solution 

£61,705.26 excl VAT for this year.

5. How many lone workers are covered by the solution 

At present 296

6. Which departments, services, or teams use the solution 

Departments that use are Adult Social Care and Health, Strategic and Enabling Services, Children and Families, and Place.

7. Is the solution used as a standardised organisation-wide system Not sure I understand the contect of this question if you are able to clarify.

Unfortunately we are unable to answer this question without clarification. Please could you clarify what you mean by "standardised" and "organisation-wide".

Once you have clarified this, we will be able to begin to process it, and the response period of 20 working days will begin from the date we receive your clarification. If we do not receive clarification within one month this question will be considered to have lapsed. Under section 1(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), a public authority need not comply with a request unless any further information reasonably required to locate the information is supplied.


8. Does the contract include an extension period, and what is that extension period 

It does and the extension stated is that the contract shall not run for more than 7 years.
