FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REFERENCE FOI/8530.
Thank you for your request for information relating to penalties issued to council-owned/operated vehicles and agency vehicles working on behalf of the Council.
Please provide details of all traffic-related penalties issued to council-owned/operated vehicles and agency vehicles working on behalf of the Council from 1 April 2025 to the present.
This should include penalties issued by both public and private bodies, including (but not limited to) parking fines, bus lane offences, speeding penalties and other traffic-related offences.
Please provide the information in an anonymised, aggregated format, broken down by offence/penalty type, including the number of penalties and total amount paid (if available/time dependant).
I am not requesting vehicle registration numbers, driver detailsany other personally identifiable information.
This should include penalties issued by both public and private bodies, including (but not limited to) parking fines, bus lane offences, speeding penalties and other traffic-related offences.

We do not hold this information. We do not keep record of whether a vehicle is Council owned/operated or whether a vehicle is being used on behalf of the Council so we are unable to provide the figures requested.
