Further to your request received on 1st June 2026, I confirm that the Council has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Questions & Answers)
1. The number of staff undertaking executive functions
 
  • Black Workers Network (4 staff)
  • LGBTQ+ (3 staff)
  • Disability Employee Support Network (3 staff) 
  • Neurodivergent Network (3 staff) 

Please provide also provide:

1.2 The Council’s estimate of the total staff working hours spent attending
network meetings or activities in the 2025/2026 financial year


We do not log staff hours spent attending network meetings, these are very variable. Our estimate is based on the number of staff undertaking executive functions detailed in Q1 attending 3 hours a month over a normal working year = 414 hours

2. The Council’s estimate of the cost of that staff working time, using
the average hourly employment cost normally used for internal estimates


£6,292.80
