Also further to this under the freedom of information request please provide me with the number of times in December 2023 in Nottinghamshire Inspectors have categorised a pothole as a category 2 but due to reported incidents have been recategorized as category 1 before 28 days have elapsed. Please provide this information for the all inspectors in Nottinghamshire in December 2023 and specifically the Inspector in my case.
We received your request on 3 September 2024. Your request has been considered under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).
Following a search of our paper and electronic records I have established that the information you requested is not held by Nottinghamshire County Council. This is because we do not record where a defect has increased from a Category 2 to a Category 1, these would be logged as two separate defects.
