Thank you for your email of 2 October 2024 where you requested:
I would like to know the number of successful appeals for admission to West Bridgford High School in the last 12 months and the grounds for their successful appeal
I am writing to advise you that, following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by this authority.
Nottinghamshire County Council is only responsible for appeals for community and voluntary controlled schools. We also hold appeals for some academy schools who choose to commission us to provide this service, a full list can be found here https://www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/media/q2pn2ifj/academies-list-july-2024.pdf. The West Bridgford School do not use the Nottinghamshire County Council appeals service and therefore you would need to contact The West Bridgford School who are part of the East Midlands Education Trust.
