We are implementing functionality provided by the Access Group.

3a) Who is the supplier of your current Adults social care case management system and what is the system"s name
Access Group - Mosaic.
3b) When is the system due for renewal

There is an option to extend for two years.
4a) Who is the supplier of your current Adults social care finance system and what is the system"s name
BMS/SAP for billing and payments.
Looking Local - BetterCare Finance for on line financial assessments.
Looking Local - BetterCare Finance for on line financial assessments.
4b) When is the system due for renewal
BetterCare ends 06/09/2025.
4c) Is it a rolling contract
BetterCare has an option to extend for 12 months.
5a) Who is the supplier of your current Education system and what is the system"s name
Access Group.
5b) When is the system due for renewal
20/03/2027
5c) Is it a rolling contract
There is an option to extend for two years.
6a) Who is the supplier of your current SEND/ALN system and what is the system"s name
This cuts across systems, primarily MOSAIC by Access Group and EHCHub by IDOX.
6b) When is the system due for renewal
Idox is 5/9/25 with option to extend for 1 year
6c) Is it a rolling contract
IDOX has an option to extend for one year.
