I make the request to see all documents and the 15 user evidence surveys submitted for reference 1265 and 1217 applications
We received on 15 September 2025. Your request has been considered under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).
Following careful consideration, I can inform you that we have decided to disclose some of this information.
I attach a copy of the information which can be disclosed:
- User evidence statements for 1265 (none held for 1217)
- Submission made as part of the application
Most of the information that we provide in response to environmental information requests will be subject to copyright protection. In most cases the copyright will be owned by Nottinghamshire County Council. The copyright in other information may be owned by another person or organisation, and this will be indicated on the information itself.

Some of the information contained in the user evidence statements requested is being withheld as it falls under the exception in regulation13 of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
Regulation 13 applies where the requested information includes personal data and its disclosure would contravene the principles of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). In this case, the redacted content includes names, addresses, and other identifiers that could reveal the identity of individuals who submitted the surveys. Disclosure of such personal data without consent would breach the first data protection principle, which requires that personal data be processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner.
As such, the redactions have been made to protect the privacy of individuals and ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
