Please can you answer the following questions regarding Adult Social Care and Children’s Services in Nottinghamshire County Council, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Timeframe: Last 12-18 months.

1. The lowest and highest (based on the standard daytime weekday rate) rates per hour of domiciliary care charged to the local authority for Adult Social Care commissioned through private domiciliary care providers.

Our supported accommodation services for young people aged 16-25 were recommissioned in 2022. All contracts have an initial 5 year term (August 2027) with 3 optional 24 month extensions (August 2033). This information is publicly available on the Contracts register

e. Extra Care services for Adults

f. Learning Disability services

This is provided in-house.

g. Mental Health support services

We do not commission mental health support services for residents;  we commission some training for staff.

The Council has established joint funding arrangements with health partners (Integrated Care Board) which includes NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC) and Continuing Health Care (CHC).
