Further to your request received I confirm that the Council has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

It is a Nil Response to this FOI request. There were no formal investigations in the period specified.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting information on your council"s Code of Conduct investigations into councillors, for the financial years 2022/23, 2023/24, and 2024/25 (taking the financial year from 1April to 31March.)

This may include Standards Committee reports, Monitoring Officer updates, or local governance summaries. (For this request, I am not interested in any Parish Council investigations / complaints).

This request is designed to enable analysis of who performs Code of Conduct investigations in practice, when external expertise is used, and at what cost. If any part of this request exceeds cost limits, please advise how it could be refined and I"d be happy to refine the scope.
