I am a journalist with Sky News conducting research into deaths of looked-after children and care leavers and I am requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide by return email the following information for each of the financial years:
  • 2022/23
  • 2023/24
  • 2024/25
  • 2025/26 to date
