Any internal policies, procedures, guidance documents, or standard forms/templates used by Nottinghamshire County Council or the Integrated Children’s Disability Service (ICDS) to support, record, or govern the decision-making process for whether to carry out a reassessment of needs under Section 44 of the Children and Families Act 2014.
