Can you tell me how many full time equivalent staff the council employs in roles related to improving access to services e.g. for disabilities, or other roles connected to equality and diversity

We have one full time equivalent staff connected to equality and diversity - the role title is Equality Officer. 

But please note that any staff involved in decision making relating to service delivery or direct service delivery has to consider the equality impact and aim to improve access to services as a core part of their role.
