Dear **********

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – REQUEST FOR INFORMATION REFERENCE FOI/8723.

Thank you for your request for information relating to Survey undertaken repairs / patching work.

Question

Please can you confirm when this review was undertaken and provide details of the survey undertaken to inform the council of which areas required repairs / patching.
Incident location - Cliffhill Lane, Aslockton
Incident date – 12/02/26

Response

Please see attached a copy of the job ticket report and the photos for the preventative maintenance patching job. This job was created from an engineering assessment carried out by a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator on 21/01/26. There is no exportable report for the assessment itself, it is just updated to Completed on our system and a job is created.

The patching job itself was completed 11/05/26 – 22/05/26.

We trust this now satisfies your request and that you find this information to be helpful.
