Thank you for your request for information relating to Freedom of Information request - Number and notification of Potholes and repairs to roads in Annesley Woodhouse.
We are now able to provide the following information:
I would be obliged if you provide the following information under the FOI Act 2000, relating to Annesley Woodhouse, especially if you could narrow it down to Forest Road and Derby Road which runs through it.
1. In the last 3 years how many potholes have been reported by members of the public See the attached street history reports, all potholes will be listed under job sections.
2. How many times have your inspectors been out to access the damage and potential severity of these reported potholes for subsequent repair See attached street history reports, all inspections will be listed under inspection sections.
3. On the occasions of these inspections, how many extra potholes requiring repair were noted by these staff This information isn’t specifically reported, but all potholes will have a job listed on the street history report.
4. Could you provide copies of the last 3 inspectors reports concerning Forest Road, which list the location, severity and number of potholes to be repaired. We do not have a specific report for individual inspections, but all inspections are listed on the street history reports and if any jobs were raised, the job number is listed next to the inspection.
4. When repairing potholes which were noted under 3 or 4, where any additional potholes repaired or noted for repair by those staff carrying out the repairs This information isn’t specifically reported, but all potholes will have a job listed on the street history report.
5. I understand that regular road inspections, irrespective of the need for pothole repairs, are carried out throughout the district, please provide copies of the last 3 inspections concerning Forest Road. See attached street history reports, all inspections will be listed under inspection sections.
