Thank you for your email of 9th September 2024 where you requested information about potholes. The response to your request is provided below.

In your request you asked:

The number of claims received as a result of vehicle damage due to potholes- 1,968

The total number of claimants that received payment on the back of their claim for vehicle damage due to potholes- 463

The average payout value in GBP for claims received as a result of vehicle damage due to potholes- £296.56

Time period: 31.08.23-31.08.24
