- What is the current standard gross hourly rate allocated to individuals who receive care via a Direct Payment (DP) to employ a Personal Assistant (PA)
- What is the current standard gross hourly rate allocated for a Managed Direct Payment (where a third-party organization manages the fund on behalf of the client)
- What is the current standard gross hourly rate allocated to individuals utilizing an Independent Service Fund (ISF) (If your authority does not currently operate ISFs, please explicitly state "Not Operated").
- What is the current standard Provider Framework Rate range (minimum and maximum hourly rates) paid by the council to approved domiciliary care agencies for standard visiting care
Maximum rate £29.89 per hour
- If your authority operates a tiered, banded, or complex-needs pricing framework for Direct Payments or homecare providers, please provide the maximum hourly rate or ceiling cap currently allowed under these bands
