  1. A list of all such staff networks currently operating within the council.

  • LGBTQ+ Network
  • Disability Employee Support Network
  • Neurodivergent Peer Support Group 
  1. Copies of any terms of reference, constitutions, governance documents, or internal guidance relating to those networks.

  1. Details of any council funding, budgets, or financial support allocated to those groups during the 2025/26 and 2026/2027 financial years.

  1. Details of any staff time formally allocated for participation in network activities during contracted working hours. 
All employees are entitled to have up to three hours per month (plus travel time) for participation in network activities. Additional time of up to 3 hours for those employees undertaking executive functions within a network (e.g. Chair or Secretary).
  1. Details of whether any such groups are consulted on council policy, recruitment, communications, equality impact assessments, or organisational strategy.
