Under the freedom of information act 2000 I am requesting copies of the highway asset maps, adoption records and drainage schematics for the public footpath alongside 11 Ridge close NG172DF specifically adjacent to the gable end please confirm who owns and holds maintenance reliability for the gully/drain located on this footpath additionally please provide the maintenance and clearance logs for this specific (footpath) drain over the last 24 month.

Based on the information held, the footpath adjacent to 11 Ridge Close is not an adopted highway and is located on land registered to Ashfield District Council. As such, Nottinghamshire County Council does not have highway maintenance responsibility for the footpath itself.
However, we are unable to confirm ownership or maintenance responsibility for the specific drain/gully located on that footpath from the information currently available. The asset may be owned and maintained by Ashfield District Council, Severn Trent Water, or another responsible party, depending on its function and whether it forms part of a wider drainage network.
Nottinghamshire County Council does not hold any records identifying this drain/gully as a highway drainage asset.
Please refer to our adoption plan for this area, which is attached, anything highlighted green is adopted highway maintained by Via East Midlands on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council.
To obtain confirmation of ownership and maintenance responsibility, we would suggest contacting Ashfield District Council in the first instance as the registered landowner. If the asset forms part of the public sewer network, Severn Trent Water (STW) may also hold relevant records.
