Further to your request received on 10th December 2025, I confirm that the Council has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Questions)
I am seeking information relating to the data you hold regarding damage to vehicles, specifically tyres and wheels, claimed as a result of potholes / damaged carriageway.
The area I seek information on is the stretch of road known as Melton Lane, Bonington, where Melton Lane begins, at the crossroads with Suttons Road / College Road Bonington, to its conclusion at Trowell Lane. The approximate postcode for the area in question is LE12 5RQ.
The specific information requested to cover:
- The period from December 1st 2023 to current.
- Number of claims made relating to wheel and tyre damage.
- Number of claims successfully made and settled by Notts CC.
