Further to your request received on 2nd July 2026, I confirm that the Council has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Questions)
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to the following information for the period 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2023 in relation to Section 106 contributions:

- The date each funding contribution was received.

- The amount of each contribution received.
- The remaining balance for each funding allocation.
- The amount of committed funds.
- The amount of uncommitted funds.
