Risk and Safety
Any internal risk assessments relating to deteriorating road surfaces and vehicle damage.
Roads are inspected as per the HIRM (linked above), an assessment on the condition of the road will be completed on each inspection and any actionable defects identified for repair.
Any acknowledgement within council records that repeated temporary repairs may increase long-term costs or safety risks.
Repairs are not categorised as temporary as mentioned above so this cannot be answered.
