Thank you for your request for information relating to Blue badge services:
Do you use a 3rd party provider for your [blue badge] Case Management System and if so who is your provider
We use BBCMS which is a product of NEC.
How many blue badge applications do you process each year
Average 21961 applications per year. (Based on the last 3 years)
How many blue badge applications are currently outstanding and what is your current SLA
2093 applications currently queued. We typically sit around 1800-2000 waiting for assessment. We are currently working at four weeks from point of application to an outcome determined. We advertise an SLA of six weeks.
Do you use a 3rd party to support you in the delivery of your blue badge services, if so who is your provider
Delivery is as per national contract for all Local Authorities. No additional services used.
